We were impressed with your company's professionalism through the process. Between the order in early February and the five and one half day installation at the end of March, you and your project team were always available for us and answered all our queries. We appreciated your firm's candor and patience. With your company personnel's guidance, we were luckily able to successfully complete the project within the time period and budget required by us.
The installation team was very efficient. They cleaned up at the end of each day and hauled all the debris from the job site and cleaned and shop vacuumed the apartment after the project was completed.

One impression you left with me Maurice was that there was no "High Pressure Sell" and then when you did install the windows you and your partner worked steady and hard and cleaned up afterwards so I have no doubt you are a man of your word. Enclosed is a check to cover the roof and gutters. I never thought I'd be impressed by a roof and gutter job. It really enhances the appearance of the house and having tested it during the last rain storm, performs as promised.

In particular we appreciate the attention to detail, follow up and craftsmanship that went into both projects.
